Queens Award for Enterprise in International Trade

Corrosion Resistant Materials recently celebrated winning the Queens Award for Enterprise in International Trade with the visit of Lord-Lieutenant Dame Hilary Chapman to their site in Rotherham, South Yorkshire.

The company, founded in 2015 by owners Chris Williams and Lee Perry, won the award back in April for exceptional growth in Export Sales. Currently they supply over 70 different grades of materials into 38 countries worldwide and offer a full supply service including Heat Treatment, Machining, Testing, and Forging.

On receiving the award, Director Adam Bradley added further what the Award means to them

“It has given us as a team worldwide recognition and a sense of a job well done. Receiving a prestigious award like this vindicates we have made the right decisions and are going in the right direction”

Attending the event was Deputy Mayor of Rotherham Cllr Robert Taylor, Master and Mistress Cutler James and Jo Tear, as well as Sam Christmas representing MAde in Yorkshire
